"I joined Jenny's class about a year ago as a complete beginner. It's a mixed ability and age class and both Jenny and the members are friendly and welcoming which made me feel comfortable and at ease.
Jenny's instructions are very precise and she has a gift of describing them simply which makes them easy to follow and fun. Jenny constantly observes everyone's poses individually to make sure we're doing them correctly according to our ability and taking into consideration any injuries we may have. Jenny points out during the class the health benefits of the poses we're in, which I find very informative.
I used to be in constant pain with a neck problem I have, and since attending yoga twice a week I'm now pain free and don't need medication.
I would recommend anyone of any age or ability to try Jenny's classes and reap the benefits."
